No, they don't. The only way I would think something like that was a good idea was if, maybe, the game was based in the US or something.
But Fable is based in a medieval/magical pseudo-Britain. The accents and UK English would make sense, though the Union Flag on the underwear doesn't.
And there wasn't much UK English involved in the first place. Jetty, for instance, is US English, too.
