Games for the Inns, Taverns, Bars, and Pubs

One thing I liked doing in Fable games was stopping every now and then throughout the story, and playing games in the Inns and whatnot.

Blood Stone (the KeyStone variant) is my favorite, followed by Black Jack from 1.

But what about III's? Like, what games do you THINK it will have? Which do you WANT it to have?

I want a variant of Poker, 21, and stuff. Not just card games, I'd like some board games to. Checkers?

STRATEGO!?!?! Or a variant.

I enjoyed the simple albeit fun games in the original but the ones in Fable II, while somewhat unique, where extremely lame. I could never win, ever. In fact, it seemed like the game was purposely screwing me over.

If they add something for Fable III (and I hope they do), I want them to make sure they get it right. It's not fun losing all your money.

I'd rather they either got rid of them or just gave us games that required skill rather than luck.

Liars Dice is a great one... but it would be hard to implement it without it looking like a Red Dead Redemption knock off... it would stay in the back of my mind anytime I played it

Anywayyyyz i agree with Rat. I didn't enjoy the pub games in fable 2 i kept losing (like Grim) It just pee'd me off so much that I never went back.

I played the pub games... but only to rack up a massive debt and go on a merciless rampage on Fairfax Gardens, Bowerstone Markets, Bowerstone Old Town and Bowerstone Cemetery... I liked being an evil S.O.B

I only played the pub games in 2 to get the achievements and I confess to using the fortune's Tower cheat to get money. Spinnerbox needs to disappear.

I wouldn't mind some games based on skill, like in the first. My favorite way to earn money was the fist fighters gang. Good old fisticuffs!

Underground fighting should definitely return so long as I don't need to invest in anything Strength related. That's what upset me in Fable is that I needed to be the Hulk to beat anyone.

There needs to be more seedy areas in the game that offers gambling games where you win big or lose it all (and possibly more).

I want that when we become the Ruler, we should be able to ban or allow gambling. And possibly run some sort of casino or something. Whatever the Albion equivalent is. And then, we can either let people win honestly, or we can rig it for more money! bwhahahah! House always wins!

A legitimate card game would be nice, with dealt hands and such.

I only played pub games for the highroller's coat & as soon as I got it I stopped playing.

i actually liked fortune's tower from fable 2. however the other 2 sucked horribly.
for fable 3 i wouldn't mind seeing fortune's tower again, maybe with a couple of tweaks to it. other than that, like others were saying. id like to see some real card games, and maybe chess or checkers.

Actually, chess is hinted at in one achievement (against chesty!)
