Has anyone slept in Garth's bed after killing all those spire guards and spending 300000 gold on his tower?....... And being SUPER DUPER freinds with chesty the chest?

Once you have been to Nightmare Hollow and played Chesty's game, you can go back by sleeping in the bed. There will still be enemies there, sans Chesty, and you will play as your hero instead of playing as Kid Sparrow.

Yes, the legendary gems are worth lots of gold. Personally I've only had one, and I can't seem to get those other two. :'(

You get the other two, by one buying the Graveyard Mansion, and doing the Ghost quest, and keeping it. The other is the Artifacts from Fairfax castle. You would have to knock off the lady to get it, in the end.

Its funny how u turn into a kid u can carry a heavy legendary weapon and a legendary gun and have lvl 5 spells.
