Glitching and Cheating.

I want to see your opinion on Glitching and Cheating.

I personally hate glitching and people who try to find there way through to find out glitches and cheat doing so.. e.g. getting unlimited money..

I think it kills the game.. just ruins the fun..

I can understand if your using cheats on like GTA for ****s and Giggles.. but yeah..


what do you think?

fable was one of the first games I managed to complete without the use of any cheats (I was quite a newbie to the gaming world at the time) now I always avoid cheating where possible, but a agree that having cheats are a good thing, some people could never complete a game without them and they are fun to use after completing a game, (gaing back into GTA IV with infinite ammo is one of the best things about the game!)

I have no problems with someone doing it in a Single Player game, but when someone does that in a Multi Player game, it really grinds my gears!

I see it like fast fowarding to the good parts in a movie. It sort of makes sense after you've seen it. I think it adds replay value but you have to play a game before you can replay . To that end I'm not even going to merge my 90K into the game for the first play through.

In a single player environment where the only person it affects is you then I'm all for it (well, the beneficial glitches anyway. the ones which screw you over I don't like so much).

In multiplayer where it effects everyone else and the outcome of a match I think it is underhand, unfair and whoever does it knowingly (as some glitches you don't know exist until they happen to you) and often ought to be penalised in some way.

Glitching is like experementing with lighters and Farts;

Good idea at first but later reveals Dire consequences.
