Goldeneye Controller for... $70?!
While Nintendo revealed the upcoming Wii-exclusive GoldenEye at its E3 press conference, there was no mention made of fancy, special controllers.
The leaked information (which panned out to be legit) did, however. It showed off two a "gun" shell for the Wii Remote and nunchuk, as well as a golden classic controller. What would those be worth to you?
GameStop seems to think $69.99. The retailer is listing a "James Bond: Goldeneye Controlller" on its website, although it provides no details other than that Activision is behind the peripheral.
Seriously, $70 for a peripheral, possibly even a simple (if cool looking) shell? It's possible that the listing could be referring to a game/peripheral bundle, which would make more sense. We'll reach out to Activision for comment, but in the meantime, let us know: what would Activision have to be selling for you to hand over $70 for a controller?
