Good & Evil Advantages?

What are the advantages of being good in Fable 2 (besides appearance and what people say to you)? There must be more to it since you have to sacrifice a lot (for the maority of the easy points) and you get evil points so quickly. I wouldn't espect evil advantages but are there any?

The Only Advantage that truely stands out is that:

Evil: Sacrafice to get Maelstorm (sword) (yeah I misspelled teh name)
Good: you donate to get the Rising Sun weapon.

But besides that is if your evil AND corrupt you would make more money from rented houses If you set the price high. Though the economy goes horribly bad.

Personaly I'm a neutral hero. 1 day I feel slaughtering a city. The next day I give a begger 50 million gold coins

There are also 2 Exclusive Expressions you get if you are Evil; and I imaging it would be the same the other way round; where you get Exclusive Expressions if you are Good

Being evil you can run around town and not worry about accidently doing something bad.
Many times I have exited the start menu and cast a spell causing everyone to go crazy and then the guards are after you.
Being good you have to pay or do community service.
Being evil just rape the town and it's all good!:w00t:
