Graveyard Mansion (Spoilers Maybe?)

Alright, I've heard some people talk about how the Graveyard Mansion is connected to Lady Gray, and that there is some poster in Bowerstone that starts this quest?

I restarted as a new hero and I'm not sure how to begin it, I've seen people say it costs 200,000 gold, and my character has more then that right now, just wondering how to begin this "quest"?

theres a quest called ""love hurts""
for the most part its finding her 3 bodie parts for a guy who is a "i found the love of my life type of guy"
basicly he can bring lady gray back to life + youse a love potion
but you get the choice of her falling in love with you (evil) or leave those 2 love birds alone (good)

I actually found her wandering around bowerstone cemetery

Well I was wondering at what point can you start the quest?
I've tried knocking on the mansion door on two characters, the first just got out of the Spire and the second hasn't even helped the Abbot, both get no response.
