San Andreas is great. Once you get the cheat codes, it's even better.

The GTA games always are, they are some of the few games cheating actually makes the game so much better as the cheats are awesome.

The mod for Vice City on PC allows 18 player if i remember correctly.

Great game to just mess around and have loads of fun on, i think you would love it and cant beleive you have never played one. They are the best selling series in games history.
