Anyways, this is how I envision you quitting your job. In the same style as the Nostalgia Critic :P

Re: Guess what?

Sweet. What gave you the option to quit your job? If I remember correctly, you were living with your parents and they wouldn't support you if you didn't have a job or something along those lines.

Re: Guess what?

Congrats, I guess. But don't expect me to start paying your rent. Or board. Or whatever it is you pay for.

Re: Guess what?

Hey, I'm unemployed too! Let's be roommates! :3

Grats on quitting. Now you need to think of the most flamboyant and unnecassary way of resigning.

Well, Sweden has this rule - don't know the English term, if any - where you still have to work for a full month after handing in your resignation. So hopefully I'll be able to find a new job before me ol' folks notice I've quit and then they'll probably won't care. And with a more stable and less soul-devouring job I might even build a solid enough foundation to move out on.

Re: Guess what?

I think the term is called giving however long's notice. If you're moving on you generally have to give fair warning.
