As expected with these early access titles, the launch of Sonys new survival zombie game H1ZI didnt exactly go as smoothly as they expected. Not only did people struggle to launch the game for the entire night of launch but now they are issuing refunds to those players who believed they were mislead. The game will be a Free to Play title when it launches fully but at the moment the early access is $20 or $40 to get into on PC and it features Microtransations. However these microtransactions have irritated some players as it was stated multiple times before release that air drops (which you pay for) would only feature cosmetic items and not guns or ammo. When the game launched into early access the other night many found out that this wasnt true and the airdrops DO content guns and ammo as well as food and water.

Anyone who isnt happy with this can ask for a no questions asked refund..

If you feel like the airdrops are an issue for you, you may immediately request a refund to [email protected] - this offer applies till Monday and it applies only to people that have purchased the game as of 10:30am Pacific today 1/16/2015 -

Please note that this is going through us, not Steam. Which means it's a little more work so please be patient with the actual refund (it may take a day or two).
