Good Luck to you and hope you do, many things will get in the way but if its something you truly set you mind to you will do it. I got steered away and let my life go down another path and now im set on another course, running an evil empire of games forums instead. :lol:

I too was close to realising my dream but then I had a kid and other stuff happened, so it's taken a permanent backseat. Would never happen now, but it was nice to know how close I got all the same...

I was a singer in a band - was offered a recording contract for when I finished my exams the next summer but wound up homeless, jobless and pregnant instead (as you do :lol so being in a band was no longer an option...

Hardest thing was watching one of my mates take my place instead and be incredibly successful - although the band he was in has since broken up.

Yeah, but I had new priorities, such as a child and whatever - I believe things happen for a reason. I was way too soft back then to deal with anything so I probably would have cracked at the first sign of difficulty :lol:

These days I've got far more staying power and a thicker skin...

Oo! Oooo! I wanna play!!!

I want to live in an old church, drive a hearse and have a guy follow me around playing the bagpipes!! Seriously, I wouldn't have to be famous for people to know me they'd just go "you seen that chick with the bagpipe guy?"and then "yeah I saw her at the store the other day.... Danny Boy was playing.... then everyone in the store started crying."

That'd be sweet.... ^^ Of course I'd have all the obvious stuff..... but I really want a church, a hearse, and a bagpiper.....
