Err. To cut the story short, I'm slightly interested in the hair style from this video, Ian Watkins lead singer. I can't find it anywhere so I was wondering if anyone could do it for me. Gracias amigos.

Find a picture from Google and print it off. Take it into a salon or hairdressers and tell them you want your hair like that.

I did it when I wanted Ashton Kutcher hair.

I know :P The thing is I can't find any pictures of the style and the video isn't a very good quality such that I could print screen, meh :(

I have done that too, I wouldn't be making an embarrassing thread if I didn't have to :lol:

I've never really went for specific styles anyway so I wouldn't know where to look exactly, but I have been googling for like 20 minutes and no cigar.

Nah I don't like that one at all, and it's the only hairstyle from Ian Watkins that I can find unfortunately. It's the one from the video in the original post, kinda short and black.. video is best if you want to see

Yeah I looked in Google and it's literally the only one there. Sorry eh, can't honestly find any others. I hope you find it.

In the video, it looks like he took a perm to his head, and then used a steam roller for the bangs. I'll ask my wife for a better answer as she's a professional hairstylist herself.

Yeah I like that too but where I live, I'd probably get lynched if I went out with that style :P It's close though, thanks and thanks for asking your wife.

It's pretty much a greasy bed head.

Just cut your hair that length and don't shower for a couple of days - Presto!

She said from the looks of it, his hair was done with a razor (the kind for hair), you'll have to wash your hair thoroughly using whatever conditioner you normally use. You'll then need to do the cutting of the hair while it is still wet in order for it to work (doesn't need to be dripping wet, just wet). Divide the hair with a comb from bottom to top and work your way from the bottom of the hair to the top of the head with the razor. A fine-toothed comb is necessary for lifting sections of the hair at an angle (45 degrees she says), and the razor is to be used to slice the hair along the length of the comb at the same angle.

She highly recommends that you just go to your local hairdresser and show them the picture you want, rather than following directions through text as it's difficult for her to properly explain in written form.

All these are very cool hair styles and might be it will look good on you. If you are willing to have this hair style than it better why don't you go to some best hair dressing salons. They will definitely help you out with one of them.
