Yes you can dye it. It is pretty sweet with the black dye.

I already have it, and must say that it looks pretty weird. The energy sword is pretty sweet though, and sells for a lot

Seriously though.... If you Don't have the Limited Edition you can't get the Halo armor and if you Do have the limited edition it is free so i don't know why people are actually considering "buying" it.
