Just watching one of my friends play a game I was one (was watching him play afterwards in Theater) and I just happened upon this situation.

Too funny not to capture.

I mean, look at how weird the model has become and of course the face-to-wall routine.

1. Guy gets a Plasma to his face.

2. He blows up, causing the Spike Grenades thrown after him also blow up.

3. What you see in the picture.

I think the "wall explosion" where his head is was the Spike Grenade.
