Help: Kill Logan or let him live?

In my first game, I killed him. What is the outcome if you don't kill him?
 
if you don't kill him, his armies help you out, and he's just there.
 
He leaves at the end, and you only see him twice after you become King if you spare him
 
Its basiclly:

Kill hime= Evil points

Spare him=Good points
