Its in the silver key chest at the Necropolis, 25 keys required...

well i have the answer all u have to do is,
go to Necropolis and it is found in the silver chest next to the river it will cost 25
silver keys hope it helped

its in necropolis in a chest near the last tablet you need 25 silver keys

i got it while doin a gold quest
