Help with idea?

Ok so while I was riding my scooter around some neighborhoods, I just thought of a really good idea. The idea was to host a big ELECTRIC scooter race around (about) 3 neighborhoods, 2 parks, and even 1 street full of cars XD. It would be one lap, going full circut. Ive already thought of prizes, but I need some more help. How would I go about putting it in some newspapers?

i think thats illegal if your doing around streets with cars driving around and the police would get you and lock you away, and youd have abig cell mate i think we all know where im going here.

its still hazardous and youd probbaly have to get permission and ****, by all means get some freinds and do it but advertising it would only attract un wanted attention.

and i also said that it is hazordous to the safety of passersby (trust me i know alot about laws) you could also be arrested for an illegal street race, the sidewalk is still part of the street

Where the hell do you live that you can race electric scooters around three neighborhoods without having it hit by a car or stolen?

So long as it isn't my street I don't care. If you did that in my street I'd report you to the police for being a damn nuisance
