HELP

hi peoples,

I have a kind off lag-glitch-thingy on xbox 360. When i start the game i get to my account allright, but all that is happening is that my person is falling and falling. I have been watching it fall for over 10 minutes now. What can i do??
(I have tried to reboot the console, take the game out, save game and turn off power while being saved, watch it fall to the ground)
