Hero Dolls help please?

If anyone can help me get this achievement (if you have all the dolls etc.) I'd love you long time. Its the last achievement I need. I dont want to keep any dolls.

I can give you as much money as I can... probably a few mil (haven't been on to check in a while).

I have all of them but one...Reaver. If you have that doll I would wish for you to send it to me and than I'll give you all the dolls to help you out.

I can give you your last doll. Then if I join your game you can sell 1 doll to a trader and buy it back and I should get it for being with you.
