Across the pond you guys are quite lucky with your TV shows - over here, standard UK series lasts for 6-8 weeks and then nothing until the following year...

And then you find out the rights have been bought out by some channel you have to subscribe to so you can't continue watching

Sounds like they are on hold until the writers strike is over. So they just called it a season and will pick it up later. Man I hope it's before the spring.

Yeah, we gotta pay for the BBC, basically - all other channels rely on advertising which is why they are free to watch and that would be fine if you could avoid the BBC - but you cannot bypass their channels, so they still get to fleece us for their licence fee. It sucks.

Ah Heroes. Great show!

In my opinion s2 wasn't as good as s1, but still, very nice!
Cliffhanger wasn't as strong as the first one either -but it does tell us it's gonna get messy in s3 ...

Best character = Hiro.

In my opinion s2 wasn't as good as s1, but still, very nice!

Dont think it was meant to be a cliffhanger at first, from what i heard it had to be ended prematurely because of the writers strike.

According to the makers of Heroes, a volume does not mean a season. In fact they said that season 2 is supposed include volumes 2,3, and 4. They did say though due to the delays that season 2 will most likely only include volumes 2 and 3 now:'(
