Hero's weight, can you change it?

Under hero's status it says the weight, how do you change it?

Under strength training in health it shows the hero becoming more muscular, and in almost all the "previews" the hero has chest hair, ect

how do you change aspects like this of appearance?

well, try changing you alignment

i noticed my hero growing a bit of chest hair after escaping from bargate prison too

the main way to change weight (for like, obese etc.) is good old-fashioned exercise. or eat lots, but they do opposite things, of course.

run around killing things. or do the fist-fighters. build up ur body xp.
