No. That's not how it works:

To become a Town Guard or something nifty like that you need to be asked by the staff..to become a staff member. Which doesn't happen to often

So you are going to try and be a staff member, or get yourself banned? Those are two varying ambitions. Not to mention I belive that we have enough staff members, but that is Steve's call. (It will take you quite some time to become a staff member, or you just have to impress the hell out of Steve or ANdy)
