Right, I absolutely despise shutting down threads as it's pointless 99% of the time, so please don't make me do it, ok? Either have a semi-intelligent discussion about the point of the thread or just let it die a natural death.

Back on topic, if you want to be staff then two things have to happen - either Andy and Hex elope and never return so we need two extra people or you plug away and work hard to maybe get the title of Bard or Modder. Other staff positions rarely, if ever, come up and it's only through certain personal circumstances that we even added an extra Town Guard recently. Tsuyu was promoted as he showed exceptional maturity when dealing with a troll we had a while back, Dark Drakan co-founded the site with Steve and I'm sleeping with the boss, so I can choose to be whoever the hell I like, quite frankly :lol:

A quick way to getting listed on the Forum Team board is to become a Premium Member - subscribe to the forum and see your name in Silver or Gold...otherwise, you just have to carry on as normal and see what happens...

Just to clarify: the bard title isn't earned by posting stories. Bards are news editors who post articles on the front page. There may be a new group set up just for fan fiction writers, though. We're still in talks about that.

To some extent, yes. Modder's do have additional privileges compared to regular members. And we were considering giving Modder's more authority over the Fable Modding... I'm not going to reveal how just yet as nothing as been finalized but it should be pretty interesting for you guys...

Er...don't worry, I can do my job pretty damn well and so far there is no need to close things down. Like I believe I said before, I hate closing threads...and I don't do it on request either seeing as it's part of the rules to not ask.

The positions have been discussed at length across the boards but if anyone is still confused as to what each position entails, feel free to PM me and I'll explain for you. ^_^
