Hi once more, everybody
Why hello there,
Seems I completely forgot to visit as regular as back then, especially after installing Windows 7. So, I guess I'll just reintroduce myself, in-case some of you forgot. At least, I hope some of you do remember me. If not, I'm truly hurt! Also, some I know here have vanished, it seems, such as weirdkidinabox. Anyway...
I'm Commodore Graeme, 22 years old and currently living in the Netherlands. As you may have guessed, I - as each and every other - have certain interests, of which these would be role-play, music, gaming, coding, and graphic design. Of course, role-play is definitely one of the most enjoyable parts of RPG games.
Role-play started for me back in the old days of the World of Warcraft BETA stage. It was actually one of the most interesting experience if it comes to that. Surely it started hardcore right away, but why would I mind that as long as it's both enjoyable and time-killing, especially in cases such as utter and complete boredom? Yes, that was exactly what I was thinking too.
However, such did not remain as enjoyable as it used to be once I figured out one year of College destroyed the real-life matters. So, I quit and 'paused' my obsession; role-play. Once things got back on track, I resumed my role-play matters. But this time, in Star Wars: Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy (also known as 'JK3'). Damn, that was - and actually still is - a fun game.
Well, I'm not going to elaborate my entire role-play events, so I'll leave it at that. Now, onto the music part.
As DarkenedSoul might recall: I simply love black- and folk-metal. It's truly the best genre in music. Of course, this would deem as my personal opinion. And yes, I endorse my own opinion, so don't worry! I'm a huge fan of Dimmu Borgir, a black metal band. Perhaps some of you might disagree with me saying that they're black metal, but they actually used to be. It's rather symphonic black metal now.
Now, that said, I'll move onto the gaming part. Gaming, one of the most renowned subjects to those who spend their time on the internet. At least, the majority I've met. There are several games I really like, but as previously said; I only stick to RPGs, nothing else. Some good examples would be Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic I & II, Fable I & II (obviously), Fallout 2, The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind / Oblivion and of course the Mass Effect series.
And yeah well, the coding and graphic design part is pretty much self-explanatory. But in-case you're interested: C# and PHP mainly.
It is time to leave this re-introduction thread as-is. Any questions? Feel free to ask me. I don't bite, unless you ask me to.
