You have to customize the taskbar so it will appear or press

+R Like Oldboy said

1. Right click on the taskbar
2. Choose properties
3. Click on the Start menu Tab
4. Choose Customize
5. Click on the Advanced Tab
6. Scroll Down
7. Place check mark next to Run Command
8. Click OK twice
9. Go to start it should be there now

+R is much cooler
also try

Display or hide the Start menu.

+BREAK Display the System Properties dialog box.

+D Show the desktop.

+M Minimize all windows.

+Shift+M Restores minimized windows.

+E Explore My Computer.

+F Search for a file or folder.
CTRL+

+F Search for computers.

+F1 Display Windows Help.

+ L Lock your computer if you are connected to a network domain, or switch users if you are not connected to a network domain.

+U Open Utility Manager.

I was just told that on the other forum I got to lol its not on Windows its on telnet.
