You're right Telnet is just a different way of connecting to a server than the internet

You have to customize the taskbar so it will appear or press

  5. Click on the Advanced Tab
  6. Scroll Down
  7. Place check mark next to Run Command
  8. Click OK twice
  9. Go to start it should be there now

I was just told that on the other forum I got to lol its not on Windows its on telnet.
