hidden weapons on xbox

hey I have everything that I know of I have all the demon doors and silver key chests and all of the hidden and special weapons or so I thought but I was messing around on youtube and saw a scythe and weapons like that and it said you have to have like a mod or trainer or something like that what is that? and would I be able to get those on my xbox360?

From what I understand you need a certain type of xbox to modify the game. It is possible. The scythe must be spawned using modding there is no other way to get it, it does not normally occur in-game.
