I'm fuzzy on the details of what confirmation and proof we have of his death (like anything of this nature there are bound to be conspiracy theories), but some part of me seems to recall that he was identified through his dental records. Why they didn't just check the moustache, I'll never know. Some things in this world are better left undiscovered.

Well, the Soviets initially told the world that Hitler had fled and was being protected by Western Countries. I dont understand why they would stop spreading that information if it were true.
