houses and shops i have bought

is there anyway i can keep a check on the shops and houses i have bought (what i mean is where they are on the maps)

You cn look at them on the ma and repair them by dooming in and then selecting the property and your property are the ones with key flags or hearts.
I dont think there is a actual list anywhere as such

It's really gay how there isn't a list. It sucks having to go through every house in every region to repair your houses. I don't bother with them at all.

is there any warning when the houses need repairing ? i have lots of houses rented out but forgot where they all are.

You can repair them all at once by holding your mouse over a non-town area of the map, then a "Repair All" option appears. SO handy when you own everything!
