Anything that can receive a television signal is required by law to have a licence. Even if all you do is watch films on DVD, they still sting you for one.

Yeah thats true, if you set up a monitor so it can recieve TV Signals that needs a licence to.

So as long as you don't put a video card in your pc your fine. Is it per person per device or per household?
