How do I buy potions?

I'm at Brightwall Medicinal Potations in Brightwall, but there's no one nearby that I can talk to in order to buy potions. I thought I had to have the Entrepreneur Pack so I bought that, but I still can't buy anything at the stalls.

I'm sure I'm missing something stupidly easy, but I've exhausted all of my ideas.

Hm Weird, I didn't have this problem at all, just simply walk up to the potion in the stall and press A to look at it, and then buy. I think they are something like 120-150 gold.

Yeah, I definitely can't access anything at any stalls. No where to press A... at least that I see.

Also, there are random dead people throughout Albion. No shopkeepers either. I guess that's what I get for making the 'right' decision?
