How do i get married? How do i take over a town?

I really want to no how to do those thinggs if u can answer that would be awesome

flirt untill your "target" turns green then she asks for a wedding ring, once you have given her the ring she asks for a house, if you have a house she will ask you to marry her.

For the town takeover...You can't litterally takeover a town but you can own every building in it, you do that by killing the owners or getting them killed.

can i flirt with anyone? and do i have to give her other stuff besides the wedding ring to get her to like me,marry me, and other stuff? and for the taking over town thing, if u kill everyone including the guards wut happens?

giving the woman gifts may speed up the process but i dont believe its neccasary. and i think that the guards will respawn along with the townspeople

renown and atracttiveness does the job, maybe a little "hey" too

really easy way to get a wife - to white bavlarine quest then good or evil most people in knothleglade love you all you need then is speed and a lot of pre bought gifts

and to own a town kill every1 or the best way i found out if your good

go to oakvale pull out your wep/ hit some/vandalish a window then just pull out a load of summons - you normal summon your ghost swords and TURNCOAT take control of a guard and he'll kill villagers just as fast as you would =p
