Hmm, why paint? Paint is probably the worst application to make signatures in. Do you actually mean paint.net? I would suggest GIMP if you don't want to buy anything, but want to try making graphics.

Anyway, to make it appear as your signature, save your image. (preferably in .jpg, .png, .tiff, .gif) Then upload it to a site. IF you do not know of any good image uploaders, go here and upload it: http://www.imageshack.us
Once it is uploaded, find the source URL for your image and place the source within image tags. This is what the image tags look like:

Once finished your image should appear on the screen. Hope this helps!
