How do you sell your house

ok so i bought like 3 houses and got married 3 times, and well when all my wives found out they divorced me, and now im low on cash and dont really need 3 houses, but i cant seem to figure out how to sell my house, or rent it, it only lets me edit the budget.... can some one help me.

The game is currently bugged to where marital homes cannot be sold or rented out. You just have to wait for them to patch it.
