How effective are the appearance altering potions in the DLC?

How effective are the appearance altering potions in the DLC?

I'm hankerin' to get the DLC, and once I get live running the first twelve things I do are going to involve patches, knothole island, and pub games, but until I can do that I'm asking (read: axing) the public how well the potions that change your appearance work, as well as what kinds there are.

the pots make you:
fat
tall
short
skinny
have no scars

the pots range from 1 star to 5, 1 star makes you a little shorter/skinny/fat/tall and 5*'s make you really fat/tall/skinny/sort same with the scar pots, 1*'s will take a way 1 scar and 5*'s will take a way all

I really liked the potions on KI because I hate my girl hero towering over her husbands and I like to have my guy hero as tall and thin as possible.

I haven't tried the fat, but the skinny is definately better than constant celery eating and buying.

There are also augments and weapons with 4 augment slots available only on KI which I don't hear discussed as much as potions, but next to dog this is THE reason to get the DLC.

I was a giant until I took some shrinking potions. I laughed all night long the first time I did that. I was a tiny little hero, wiping out the baddies.^_^
Love the weight loss potions as well, and the potions to take away scars.

Lol at the shrinking, yeah you are tiny when you drink a 5 star shrink potion^^

One of these days, I will try growing really tall and seeing what that does, but I like to be small. Decisions.^_^
