How long till baby grows?

My wife had a baby early in the game. I'm about to go to the dock to do the Spire quest, but my kid is still a baby? I heard it takes 30 mins of real time, but that can't be true. Do I have to do the Spire quest?

Yes. That quest will trigger an event when you get home. Any children you have after coming back from that quest will grow up in a few game days; it could very will be thirty minutes real time, but I'm pretty sure you have to leave the area. Honestly, I never timed it.

Well i waited much more than 30 min outside bowerstone when i got a baby and he didn't grow at all.

Cheers. After the Spire quest, do you go into Adulthood?

No you're an adult right after you got shot and left bowerstone.

They will grow into toddlers no matter what, but I think you have to leave the area. Sadly they won't grow into adults or anything.

Children age to approximately 10 years old and then stop. If you have completed the Spire quest then your children will grow up over the course of a few game days. Explore, do some jobs or quests, and then come home and check.

what i did was have a child before i went to get the will hero and your there for a couple of game years when you are at the spire and when i got back my child was a young boy
