mine looked like a comic book hero gone rotten, wearing a red Hal's Armour and a Highwayman mask
i've changed his appearance since, he looks much better now

if you want to lose weight really fast, get one of the magical apple pies. they make you lose 90% of your fat. (you can obtain this item from the pub games)

or like me, message AXEL2442 or KYD Reaper47 on xbl. they'll give you anything you want for free that can be obtained in the game (and pub games) . (i got a couple mil in gold and a the rammer legendary weapon, and of course, that magic pie)

However, I do like evil, corrupt women. They look badass no doubt.
