How to edit quests.

So i made this posts to show/remind people how to edit the quests in Fable.
I do not know if there are other posts with this modding guide.

1. Open up Fable Explorer.
2. Go to CQuestCardDef.
3. Click one of those things.
4. One window shall show up.
5. Press the +CQuestCardDef in the window that opened up.
6. Go to C79EA606 - QuestName.
7. After you saw the name of the quest go to RenownReward or GoldReward.
8. Change the values in what ever you like. You could get like 8967 renown or 9999 gold.
9. Apply Changes + Actions - Save Mods and Run Fable.

P.S I hate cheating. I posted this for the people who wanna' try to edit quests or for the ones whodo not liek the rewards.

P.S #2 +repplease it will not hurt :D.
P.S #3 There is no such thing as P.S 2 or 3. :w00t: lawl :w00t: xD

Re: How to edit quests.

I know this is completely off topic but I didn't want to start a new thread over this or resurrect an old one.

Issue 1: When I go through CREATURE > CREATURE_HERO > Demageable > Set value to 0

When I save mods and run fable my character still takes damage.

Issue 2: Sorry if I'm being a noob but can anyone submit a link for the +24 trainer and shop trainer 2? Both links are broken.

+Rep to any helpers :)

Is there a way to make it so you get more exp per quest? or is there a way to just get more exp in general?

Dude, that sig is awful. You can't be that bad, unless you are a serial killer or something. Just about any act is forgivable, don't be so hard on yourself.

Re: How to edit quests.

The easiest way to do it in my opinion is to make a creature give you alot of general experience on kill. If done before a new game use the CREATURE_GUILD_STAG_BEETLE or CREATURE_HORNET_PICNIC(if you plan to use a large amount). If you are already into the game use CREATURE_BANDIT_GRUNT_LEVEL1 or CREATURE_EARTH_TROLL. If you don't have Fable Explorer, get it and all the info you need here:
http://forums.projectego.net/new-modding-fable-3352/

MAKE BACK-UPS
Open Fable Explorer, scroll down to CREATURE,
Open a Creature, open it's cdefs,
Scroll down to CCreatureDef(near or at the bottom),
Click the first 'Links to (GameBINEntryID) in CCreatureDef,
Click the plus sign beside CCreatureDef,
Scroll down to 4A683826 GeneralExperianceOnKill,
Change that number to however much Exp you want for killing each of that creature.
Click Apply Changes

{To Open CDefs; once you open the window on the right, single click "CREATURE/OBJECT" or
click the + sign beside it and click CDefs right under "CREATURE/OBJECT", I find the
second way much faster. Only 'Click Actions, Save Mods and Run Fable.' after all
changes are made}
