How to get new custom tattoos?

I only just found out about custom tattoos in Fable:TLC so I went on Microsoft Paint and made a custom tattoo but when I bought it in TLC it looked very pixely so I went to make a knew one on Paint but I can't remove the tattoo without removing my Hero's chest. Is there a way to start again with a new chest without the tattoo on it?

Delete the chest bmp you changed, then load the game. Another blank bmp will be created.
To make the tattoos look better you will need to mod a bit. Get Fable Explorer and replace an existing tat with your tat.

Thanks, I'll do that. I'm new to modding though and it sounds pretty complicated if you ask me.
