avoid meat, pies, cheese and grog. eat plenty of fruit and veg. celery will help to take those extra pounds off

If you buy some food that makes you fatter be sure to buy some celery too and you'll be fine

My hero only eats celery, tofu, and potions, and she gains weight, so it has to be the potions.
