No he was serious. Getting on top of buildings usually requires rolling. But to get to an area to get on the building, you need free roam.

That's Right you need free roam to get climb the hill. then walk part way down, face the bar block and roll and next thing you know your on the roof.

ah i see... well i spent around 10 minutes going around all sides of the tavern trying to jump on it... i now feel foolish
