I JUST GOT A LAPTOP!

Well... I got an HP Pavillion with like... 250 gigs I think.... well its alot but I dont have anything to play on it! :[ Man I wish I had WoW right now :] or fable and some modding equipment....

EDIT: nope scratch that, its 283 GB! man that is alot!!!

Congrats on getting a new laptop! I was 22 when I got my first laptop so you must have very generous parents! And, man, do I wish I had a bigger hard drive. Wanna trade your 280GB one for my 150GB one?

congrats. laptops are good, but not very good for gaming, unless its a very fast lappy. by the way, whats the processor speed?

Actually, No. I have wanted one since.... like I was 9 or 10 so I saved up money, so I paid... for like 1/3 or 1/4 of it, but it was alot! :]

HOLY ****! thats alot of RAM.
i believe ram cant go that high though the max is 128gb.

Random Access Memory. last i checked the highest it could go was....8 gb?
no i didnt mean RAM, i meant your cpu speed. 2.0 ghz? 2.5 ghz?

RAM on a 32bit system can go up to 4gb well 3.75 or something as with 32bit the OS (operating System) runs out of addresses for the memory. If you have a 64bit OS the physical addressing limit is about 16.8 million Tb or something equally silly. Though few even modern PC's use full 64bit addressing so technically you could have 60Gb of RAM though I doubt that's the case.

Never been a fan of laptops at all, very restricted in what you can upgrade and expensive for what specs come with them.

I wish i had my hp laptop...it broke, and my warrenty expired, so im stuck with my moms old work laptop...it is painful to use...lol
