But I mean where is it all going. I have a Fable group on Fb with over 400 members posting daily :S Talked with some chaps over at Lionhead all normal like.

The struggle... with the amount I get now I need to take like 20 year loans to afford a house and a car. Kinda sucks, but there is no other option I think.
I fear the day I need to make the decision - and it's not so far off unless I want to hesitate until my 50s.
I purchased my car with cash but not many people can buy houses outright in this day and age. My mortgage is about 30 years so wouldn't worry too much about that.
Yeah I'm gunna buy cash too. Now if you had equity tho you'd get a loan from the bank with a much smaller interest and put that to the car but my bank doesn't loan to peasants like me.
30year mortgage?! I'd never go more than 15 but w/e gets you there.
My family has made more money flipping houses then they ever have in the workforce. You buy a modest place, sit on it, and upsell down the road.
I can rent to own but I can't get approved but I'm gunna worry about all that later down the line when my credit history is all worked out.
There are ways to get ahead, being poor is too expensive.
