i extracted wad file but it not letting me edit thought the fable browser
trying to add a weapon mods and the shop mod

and respwan chest thingy

You don't edit maps using Fable explorer
You use Albion explorer for that.
If you use the wizard and follow my guide, using the screenshots, spawning a chest shouldn't really be all that difficult.

Save the file
Open it with Fable Explorer
(Load Fable Mod Package (FMP)
Put the code provided in a map using albion explorer
Save mods => run fable
