Yeah ive played Golden Sun just wasnt aware there was a new one.

I played it on GBA too. I was never very impressed with it. Trading Fable 3 for it is disgraceful.

I have no idea what that is, so I guess I have to go **** myself .. ?
Then again I don't know any games for any of the gameboys, except for Pokèmon! and Mario.. Megaman, all the standards.

it's a lot like chrono cross on the surface. top down roaming, turn based combat, etc.
in the first games you had to travel around the kingdom and light the lighthouses of jupiter, mercury, venus, and mars. the magic system is called alchemy... the lighthouses have some connection to the apocalypse and the "golden sun".
it has some giant religious motif i'm overlooking here, but i haven't played it in 7-8 years. i didn't even know what a motif was back then (pre-high school english)
