right-click on the screen of the show, click settings, click the folder icon, set the slider all the way to the left, then set it back to what it was.

Then try it again, and enter a false birth date. Worked for me.

I thought we were tight with ratings oh well, since we don't have R18+ games in Australia means lot of games just become 15+..
