More boney & crooked, pointy finger nails, fingers would be longer to some degree...

Exactly. The only time a goblin has been mentioned was one passing reference from Peter Molyneux. That tells us not one damn thing about who they are, what they look like, anything.

it looks like a skinny woman in leather armour!

1st, look and the hands and feet, normal human size when conpared with the hero they are fighting.

2nd, boobs, the armour clearly has two bumps where you would normally find womens boobs!

3rd, not a goblin

Just look at the stance of it. No human would stand like that unless they had severe jock itch, and I don't think Fable III has got realistic STDs....yet. Three months is long enough to add them.

To (bravely) quote the semi-reliable PM:
Yes. The Legendary swords have these side collectibles associated with them, something like killing 50 goblins or something of the sort. So yes, you know, the players will still have lots of things to find. By the way, this whole idea of crafting and morphing applies to Hammers, Guns, Swords, Rifles and Gauntlets in Fable 3.

Agreed, to be honest though it doesn't really matter what it is, We won't know until We play the game still, face looks like a goblin to Me, has human hands though.

You'd stand like that if someone was trying to hit you with a big bloody sword!

I'm sticking with my theory, human not goblin!O.o
