you know what would be kool, if they made a new magic spell/gun thing but if you could shoot chains out of your sleeves that would be sick and like make them stuck and tied up and they would like crush you/ trap your enemy that would be so sick

I'd like to see a pistol that absorbs all energy from the skies, and unleashes a beam of energy/magic and turns the enemy into energy (meaning that he/she is gone). Every time you use it, your spells will cast quicker and quciker, until instant cast (whether it's level 5 spells or not).

Of course, it's a legendary weapon, and only usable by Will users.

That wouldnt be possible because you cant create or desotry energy..

Well he's not really creating energy or destroying it, he said that the weapon absorbs energy from the skies and unleashes it upon an enemy. However the part which he says that the enemy would turn into energy, is kinda weird, i don't really understand it.

I wouldn't really make much difference, to be honest. He can project his blades instantly, so can you. It would be purely aesthetic, and why not just put the effort into a whole new spell?
