INFO!!
This is NOT for info on the new Knothole Island content coming out.
It seems that there are a few people who have not played fable, but have played fable 2.... No usernames, however, I am going to clear things up real quick.
Weaver: Weaver led a rebellion against one of the previous guildmasters of the heroes guild, the rebellion was because, it seemed that the quests were too religious (or something). When he took over the guild, scythe recommended him for the new guildmaster. Thus Weaver is the guildmaster we (most of us) know and love from the original. (You find this out from the oracle at the end of TLC.)
William Black: pt. 1; Now I am going to take a very well educated guess and assume he was THE archon of the old kingdom. It says in the tales of Albion on lionheads site, that William black had fought The knight, the queen, and the jack of blades. Now if memory serves me correctly, it was said that those three had come out of some portal (after reading, I find out it was the void). The tales of Albion also stated how the fights went, The knight took him about two seconds probably, they say it was because of the sword of Aeons. Then he fought Jack. They say he only broke Jacks body (and as you find out in the end of tlc, if you choose evil, Jack used the bodies of others, so that makes sense). Then he fought the queen, the battle took weeks, but when he won, the people declared him king. William Black had kids, and when they took over, William built the spire, for he did not like how his little ones ruled so notoriously. So with one wish, the old kingdom collapsed. Now no one knows what else took place, but the armor he went in with, is the same description they said scythe had, and that "skinny, scary figure" in roses letter.
pt. 2; William is the son of a humble blacksmith and his wife. Will amazed people with the powers of his mind... Little else is know about his youth, however, William Black was reading a mysterious tome, when suddenly he was transported to the void. Here he met jack of blades, who was surrounded by ghastly figures. Jack tried to enslave William, using the ornate sword, but William fought back. In the end, he escaped the void with the ornate sword, the Sword of Aeons... It spoke to Will, and said it would help him destroy the court if he offered his soul in bondage. Then William went on to slay the court. The exact thing he had spent a long time trying to figure out how to do.
Scythe AND Nostro: pt. 1; In his youth, Nostro was a bandit, and a mercenary. He was driven to leave his mark on the world. However, he did not reach his full potential until he met Scythe. Scythe was a wraith of a man, his tattered blue cloak hid what appeared to be tarnished gold armor. Scythe seemed to have appeared out of nowhere, and took a great interest in Nostro.
pt. 2;
Sword of Aeons: The Sword of Aeons is as interesting as the archon's mystery. Do you wonder why else Jack is so interested in getting his hands on it? Another reason he wanted it, was because it was originally his. This is the part you can cough at your screen... One day, a man named William Black was reading a mysterious tome, when suddenly he was transported to the void.
The court: Legend has it that when the world was young, it was beautiful, then the three came from the void, the knight, the queen, and the jack of blades. They coveted all of albion, and demanded all men bow down before them... They were refused three times, each time, they used some kind of misery against the people of albion. Finally, they demanded again, they got what they demanded... One day, a man named William Black was reading a mysterious tome, when suddenly he was transported to the void. When I come back to this, I will do Scythe and Nostro pt. 2, then I am taking a break.
Now that I think of it, this would be a good sticky...
Too bad it is incomplete.
