Id get one if i wanted a phone that could do nearly everything besides make me breakfast. However i have an ipod, a camera and i have a phone and anything else i need to do is done on my PC. They are fantastic phones though and i would get one.

If you don't already have a phone, get one. If you do have a phone, just get an iTouch. It's basically the same thing, without the hassle of the Phone Contracts.

'tis probably best that you dont get it. iphones make me uncertain, and can be easily stolen 'round these parts. and the phone service contract could be a big hassle and a hard kick to the berries if ya know what i mean

Aren't iphones quite big too? I'd just want my phone to be a phone - nothing fancy. I'd hate to have it stolen and all my emails, addresses, numbers, contacts etc get snaffled by some ne'er do well in a hoody (sorry for the stereotype but we all know that's pretty much how it would go).
But if you want one then why not?

I'm thinking Id get one and use my current sim card. My friend can get them pretty cheap (not off the back of a truck, he's mates with the manufacturer) and I'm thinking that thats the way to go.
And yeah, where I live isn't that safe either, but I ALWAYS keep my phone in my pocket, and considering their chunkyness, I'd notice pretty quick whether it went missing.
Also I'd probably get the Sony Ericsson P1i coz I love Sony Ericssons, but I hate their headphone jacks. I primarily want my phone for phonage and mp3/radio.

They started selling iPhones in Estonia a couple of days back. They are VERY cheap, but require a contract that costs too much.:lol:
I`d still get a Samsung SGH-J700 (without the camera, I hate phones with cameras).
